I recently moved to St. George to attend DSC and since i've been here... Well lets just say life hasn't been dealing me the best hand.
Lets start from the beginning, shall we? One day, I decided that it was time for me to do something with my life. In order for me to do so, I felt that I needed to go back to school. I originally planed on attending a local school in Salt Lake (SLCC or UofU). Well, over Memorial weekend my cousin, Shanel was in town visiting for the holiday. She was a student at Dixie and was having a rough time being there alone. She kept begging me to just move down there with her so that she had family there. Being as I love her and I didn't want her to drop out, I decided that I would move down there with her. Did you know that it is easier to get into DSC than it is SLCC?
The time had come for me to get on I15 southbound. I had rented a trailer from Uhal and on my way back to my house to get it loaded, we stopped to pick up the washer and dryer that I had just purchased. Once we had the trailer loaded, Tyson was kind enough to tow it to St. George for me. We got onto Bangerter and as I was following behind him, we got about 3 blocks away and the trailer starts to fishtail. Tyson tried his best to keep it under control, but the chains broke off and the trailer decided to fly solo. I first started to panic because I thought I was going to be the one to run into it. Thank goodness I wasn't the one to have the impact. In stead, it was a girl that was playing with her dog in the car instead of paying attention to the road. No one was badly injured, which was a very good thing!
Needless to say, almost all of my belongings were damaged... Including my washer and dryer that I had purchased just hours before.
It has been a downhill roller coaster from that day on... The city is beautiful though!
